A first look

Same team, same certifications, same integrity we've built our name on. We've just added Queenstown, Wānaka and Cromwell to the map.
Where we work in Central Otago
Three locations across the Lakes district. Hover a card to fly the map.
Central Otago roofs don't get to be ordinary.
Snow loads, alpine wind zones, and temperature swings that cycle through 25°C in a single day. The roofs that last here are specified for the conditions, not against them.
Snow zones N1 to N4
NZS 3604 rates Central Otago across four snow zones. Fixing patterns and batten spacing vary accordingly. What ships to Dunedin won't necessarily pass in the Lakes district.
Wind zones up to Very High
Exposed sites around the Lakes regularly fall into High or Very High wind zones. Edge fixings, flashing overlaps, and underlay spec all need to step up.
25°C swings in a day
Expansion and contraction cycles stress fixings and sealants. Clip-fixed tray systems and the right underlay make the difference between a 40-year roof and a 15-year one.
Which means the right spec matters. We built something to help.
